Is there a minimum dollar amount that must be elected for me to participate in my ESPP?

No, you can elect to start with any dollar amount.  That said, due to lending laws there are minimums depending on your state of residence that may apply.  Keep in mind that by electing a higher contribution both you and Rising Tide Capital are able to maximize the value of the investment, and the time you take to enroll with us, and your ESPP plan.

Is there a maximum dollar amount I can invest in my ESPP or with RTC?

Accepted Answer

Yes, $25,000 per year is the law.  The exact amount you are able to invest depends on a number of factors, including your salary, the plan structure, and existing regulations.  RTC will match your contributions up to the maximum you are allowed by your employer.
