Rising Tide Capital was founded by Tim Belbutowski.
As an employee of multiple publicly traded company's he has experience investing in ESPP plans for almost 20 years. That experience, combined with a natural interest in financial education and investing, led to a deep understanding of ESPPs, and their unique value proposition.
With the founding of RTC, it's all about applying that knowledge to unlock value for our customers with a win-win investment partnership.
The idea for RTC is simple. After talking with numerous co-workers, and researching ESPP participation more broadly, it became clear that there is an opportunity to help many employee's take full advantage their ESPP benefit.
